In order to ensure that you pay the lowest shipping and handling cost, we will
calculate your orders shipping costs and email this information to you within 24
hours of receiving your order. At this time you can approve the order and the
shipping/handling costs BEFORE we bill your credit card for the order.
We understand that when you need supplies you need them right away. Our goal is
to have all orders shipped within 48 hours of receiving your online order.

If our products are defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping,
save all the shipping materials and do not use the product.
Please call us at 760-371-1790 so we can report
the damage to UPS. Be sure to always inspect the packages at the time of
receipt. If you receive a package that has been damaged, make sure you report
this to your driver and have him make a note of this fact on his delivery sheet.
If the driver does not do this and you accept a damaged box, UPS might not pay
the claim of damages.
If we do need to authorize a return for any reason, please make sure the items
are packed in the original manner so damage does not occur. If there is damage
due to inadequate packaging, no credit will be issued.
If there is damaged merchandise when you unpack the order, please call us
immediately. We will contact UPS about the damage and they will more than likely
send out an inspector to inspect your package. We will start processing your
claim, but we cannot replace damaged merchandise until UPS authorizes the claim.
If an incorrect address/zip code or the order is rerouted from its original
destination, the customer assumes the $7.00 UPS charge for the correction and
agrees that The Body & Bath Boutique may charge this fee to their credit card. Of
course, if we make the error, we pay the $7.00 charge

you. We will keep your name and contact information on file, for this purpose
only. We will not release, sell or give away your personal information or email
address to any other party.
